NiTO users may have access to one or more NiTO accounts. All accounts can be accessed at https://portal.nito.net. If you have access to multiple accounts under the same username/email address (paid accounts only), you can switch between accounts from the sidebar ‘Profile’ menu after you’ve logged in.
Resetting your password
If you have forgotten your password, click the “Can’t Log In?” button on the Log In screen. You will be prompted to provide your email address and you’ll receive an email with further instructions for setting a new password. If you’re associated with multiple NiTO accounts, this password will apply for all of your accounts.
