Free accounts retain your collected data for a maximum of 24 hours. Free accounts allow access to most premium features for 14 days after sign up. To keep all of your data before the 14-day trial ends, to add more than 10 devices, and to unlock all of NiTO’s features, you must add a payment method.

  1. Click the ‘Billing’ button on the main sidebar of the NiTO dashboard.
  2. Click on ‘Customer Information’ and enter billing details for your company/organization, click ‘Save’.
  3. Click ‘Payment Method’.
  4. Choose between ‘Professional’ (3 months default retention) or ‘Enterprise’ (15 months default retention).
  5. Click ‘Add Primary Credit Card’ and enter your credit card information.
  6. Click ‘Save Primary Credit Card’
  7. You will be charged immediately and your first invoice will be available under invoices.
  8. Optional: Click ‘Notifications’ to add one or more email addresses to be notified whenever new invoices are generated.
Paid accounts are charged in bundles. You will be charged a minimum of 1 agent bundle of 5.
