UX Feature Updates 2023-02
We have made some updates to the dashboard that will improve the user experience. Here are some of the key changes you can expect:
- Offline Devices: When a device has been offline for over two weeks, the status indicator will display as red and with the date it last reported. This helps to differentiate between a device, like a workstation, being down during off hours/vacation vs. one that’s not functioning correctly.
- New Devices: If a device has been recently added (within the last three days), it will display the label NEW next to it. This makes it easier to identify when a long-standing device is sending an alert for a real reason, rather than just having been added and not configured correctly.
- Folder Separators: All folder separators in device lists now display the count of devices immediately under it. This change will be visible in reports and other areas where devices are listed.
- Main Tabs: All main tabs for open devices and reports can now be dragged and dropped, including some minor bug fixes.
